===== Amaretto Sour =====
=== Ingredients ===
  * 5 cl amarettolikör
  * 3 cl citronsaft
  * 2 cl sockerlag (Se tips!)
  * 1 äggvita

=== Instructions ===
  - Skaka drinken utan is för att bygga upp en krämig textur på drinken.
  - Tillsätt is i shakern och skaka för att kyla och vattna ut drinken en aning.
  - Sila genom finmaskig sil ned i ett kylt Coupette-glas.

===== Brazilian Lemonade Sangria =====
=== Ingredients ===
  * Ice
  * 3 chopped up limes
  * 1 bottle pinot grigio white wine
  * 2 cups white rum
  * 1,5 cups lime juice
  * 14 oz sweet condensed milk
  * sparkling water

=== Instructions ===
  - Put ice in a large sangria pitcher
  - Mix all ingredients
  - Finish off with sparkling water
  - Strain the drink into a glass with crushed ice and some line slices

===== Buffy =====
=== Ingredients ===
  * 4 cl Dark rum
  * 3 cl Passoã
  * 1 cl Lime juice
  * 1,5 cl Simple syrup
  * 12 cl Orange juice
  * 1 st Passion fruit

=== Instructions ===
  - Mix all ingredients except passion fruit in a shaker.
  - Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  - Strain the drink into a glass with crushed ice.
  - Split a passion fruit, scoop out the seeds from one half and mix into the drink.
  - Garnish with orange zest and the other half of passion fruit.

  * 50 ml Light rum
  * 30 ml Lime juice
  * 20 ml Simple syrup
  * 1 Passion fruit

=== Instructions ===
  - Scoop out the seeds and flesh of 1 passion fruit into a shaker
  - Add the other ingredients.
  - Fill the shaker with ice.
  - Shake the drink cold.
  - Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.

  * 8cl koksmjölk
  * 16cl ananasjuice
  * 4cl sockerlag
  * 4cl vodka
  * 4cl malibu 

=== Instructions ===
  - pour all in shaker with ice
  - skake
  - pour into glass 
===== Snowball =====
=== Ingredients ===
  * 3 cl Vodka
  * 3 cl Ägglikör (helst Bols)
  * 1 cl Lime juice
  * 10-15 cl Sprite

=== Instructions ===
  - Mix all ingredients except Sprite in a shaker.
  - Pour over into a highball glass. Including the ice. 
  - Strain the drink into a glass with crushed ice.
  - Split a passion fruit, scoop out the seeds from one half and mix into the drink.
  - Garnish with orange zest and the other half of passion fruit.
